Terms of Service!

This commission sheet including prices, TOS, information and products is subject to change without announcement. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to read through most current update of the portfolio before placing a commission.

My commissions are all pre-ordered since I'm a full-time student unless it's a rushed order.

1. Copyright Usage Policy

I, As an artist ...

- Maintain the right to post commissions anytime to my social media or to my portfolio for references.
- Maintain the right to turn down any commission I do not feel comfortable drawing without explanations.
- All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

You, as the Client...

- May not sell, reprint, warp your commission under any circumstance unless I agree to.
- May print your commission for personal use.
- May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit me. (@ihrtmi)

2. Payment

I still have no samples yet for my commissions so I can guarantee a 20% off on any first three orders :D

- Currency accepted is USD and PHP local
- Through kofi or paypal
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or downpayment of 50% upon sketch approval.Once I’ve accepted the commission, the client will have 2 hours to pay or I will not go through with creating the commission.

3. Process and Delivery

- No refunds please !
- Commission process can last from 10-20 days depending how busy I am. (rused orders are allowed w/ additional price)
- Commission results will be sent digitally via email or google drive if preferred.

Commission Information

Do not pay me before I request for payment!

- You cannot determine by yourself when or what amount to pay. For example, you cannot pay me for a $20 art piece and expect one to be delivered, unless I’ve already agreed to the commission and requested the payment.
While I'm working on your commission I may ask you some more references if I need to.

- The client is free to request any changes during the sketch phase for a reasonable amount, but after I have started doing line art and base coloring, the client will be allowed one more revision. If the client requests more even after the edit limit, each additional edit will cost $5 up to $10 depending on what I'm changing. Mistakes that will be made will be fixed free of charge.

Refunds

- If the client chooses to cancel the commission after the down payment, no refund will be made. If the artist cancels the commission, a refund will be given. If the money hasn’t been sent yet, the client can cancel free of charge.

- Additional characters will each have an added 50% charge of the selling price. Complex backgrounds will have extra charges depending on the artist. Any concept that is not mentioned from the commission sheet please inquire first ! :)
